BUILD LOG 003 · 2026-10-06
Windows first
The machine that runs my agents is a Windows box. It is also, not coincidentally, the machine I play strategy games on. That overlap is the audience: if your agents live on the same machine as your GPU, you are my people.
Tools in this space go mac-first by reflex. I get it. But I ship to hardware I can test on, and the honest version of "works on my machine" is shipping to people who have my machine. Mac comes after Windows is good, not instead of it.
What the Windows alpha needs from you: Windows 10 or 11, at least one coding-agent CLI you already use, and a real project you would let an agent work on in its own branch. Invites go out in waves, and confirmed signups move up the queue when friends they refer confirm too.
Nothing else to announce this week, which is sort of the point. The log cadence rule here is that a week with no shipped progress gets direction or silence, never theater. This one is direction.
