Last updated 2026-10-06. This page covers solofleet.ai, the SoloFleet alpha waitlist, and the email it sends. It does not cover the SoloFleet desktop app, which has its own privacy screen inside the app.
What we store when you sign up
- Your email address.
- How many coding-agent CLIs you use, if you answered that question.
- Your own referral code, and the referral code you arrived through, if any.
- Your status (pending, confirmed, or unsubscribed) and your referral credits.
- Timestamps for when you signed up, when we last attempted a send, when confirmation email was sent, when you confirmed, and when you unsubscribed.
- Hashes of the confirmation link and a count of send attempts, used only to deliver and protect your confirmation. We never store the link itself.
What we store when you visit
Our web host keeps standard access logs for 30 days: time, the path requested (without the query string), the response status, your IP address, your browser's user agent, and the referring page. We use them only for aggregate counts, such as visits per page and distinct visitors per day. We set no cookies and run no analytics script.
Why
Alpha invitations only. We use your address to send one confirmation email and then news about your invite. Nothing else unless you ask.
Who handles it
Amazon Web Services hosts the site and the waitlist and sends the email through Amazon Simple Email Service. No other third party receives your waitlist data. When you write to privacy@solofleet.ai, a notice with the sender and subject is forwarded to our email provider; the message itself stays with AWS.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and mail clients that support one-click unsubscribe can use it. Unsubscribing stops SoloFleet email to that address for good. To rejoin later, ask for deletion first, then sign up again.
Deletion is a separate request. Email privacy@solofleet.ai from the address you signed up with and we will delete your record, including your referral codes. Deleted records can remain in point-in-time backups for up to 35 days before those expire.
How long we keep it
Waitlist records are kept until the public beta plus 90 days, or until you ask for deletion, whichever comes first. Access logs expire after 30 days. The copy of mail to privacy@solofleet.ai stored with AWS expires after 90 days.
